About The Team

Laura Zohar LeRoy, Founder, AI Prism Phase & InVigor LinkedIn   InVigor

Laura is a strategic operator and founder working at the intersection of human-centered design, resilience systems, and applied AI. Her work focuses on building structured environments that support cognitive engagement and meaningful human connection—particularly for populations underserved by conventional models.

With decades of experience leading complex programs, including government contracting and large-scale resilience initiatives, she brings both execution capability and domain insight to the development of InVigor.

Her work is grounded in a central question: how can technology be designed to support how people actually think—rather than forcing adaptation to the tool?
